The studio
A small studio, built for the work.
Dinosaur Studio is a commercial production studio in Toronto. We make the photo and film modern brands run on — and for a handful of partners, we run the whole content operation.
We keep the crew small and the craft high. Most of our work is made by two or three people in a room — which means less standing around, less budget spent on logistics, and more attention on the thing you'll actually publish.
That approach came out of necessity and stuck because it works. A single-day shoot with a tight crew can produce a hero film, a set of cutdowns for every platform, and a library of stills — without the overhead of a traditional production company.
We work across brand films, product demos, campaign photography and event coverage. Some clients come to us for one film. Others hand us the calendar and let us run it month to month.
